Public Service Graduation Honors King Hall Class of 2026

The King Hall community gathered on April 22 for a Public Service Graduation (PSG) ceremony celebrating members of the Class of 2026 for their achievements in public service law. The event featured remarks from Dean Jessica Berg, Professors Nila Bala, Holly S. Cooper, Carter “Cappy” White, Amagda Pérez, Kevin R. Johnson and Raquel Aldana, as well as Associate Director for Public Interest & Government Sofia Parino, keynote speaker Angela Yahaira Breining ’19 and numerous King Hall students.

The event included the presentation of the Spirit of the Martin Luther King Jr. Service Award to Stephanie Consuelo Bernaola ’26.

Following the Public Service Graduation, the School of Law hosted a Class of 2026 Celebration in the King Hall courtyard.

Community Engagement Awards were presented to the following students: Zeeshan Ali, Alexandra Dominguez, Litzy Martinez, Sunshine Verma and Alexis Vitangcol.

As part of the event, Alumni Board President Eric Toscano ’09 presented the King Hall Alumni awards to Harman Gakhal ’26 and Emily Goll-Broyles ’26. Photos of both events are available on the UC Davis School of Law Flickr page.
