UC Davis School of Law On-Campus Interview Program

We are accepting registrations for our program and hope to assist you with your recruiting needs. We firmly believe that our students are among the best and the brightest in the nation. UC Davis School of Law is consistently ranked among the top 15% of all ABA-approved law schools, which is due in great part to the highly credentialed students that the school continues to attract. Virtual On-Campus Interview Program

Employers will have the opportunity to interview second year students for summer and third year students post-graduate positions.

OCI Session: Jan 30 - Feb 3
(Virtual interviews through Flo Recruit)
Jan 10: Employer registration deadline
Jan 18: Employers receive access to applications

Additional Dates: If you would like to set up a Virtual OCI interview schedule for a different date, we are happy to accommodate you. Please contact Kim Thomas at oci@law.ucdavis.edu for details.

We also offer a Resume Collection service for employers who would like to review application materials but do not want to participate in our virtual OCI program (will need to schedule interviews individually with students)

If you have a Symplicity account:

  • Login to UC Davis Symplicity here.
  • Click into the OCI & Resume Collection section, then click on Schedule Request, and then click on the Request A Schedule button. 
  • On the Select Session drop-down menu select the OCI or Resume Collection session that you would like to register for and complete the online form.

If you have forgotten your Symplicity password:

  • Login to UC Davis Symplicity here.
  • Click on the Forgot Password link. Enter your username (your email address) and click Go.
  • Symplicity will send you an email with a link to create a new password.

To register for a free Symplicity account:

  • Click here to go to the UC Davis Symplicity page.
  • Click the Register button and complete the online form. You will receive an email with your username (your email address) and a link to create a password.
  • Once you have an account, follow the above registration instructions to register for OCI or a Resume Collection.
