    • Feature guest practitioners in the field, including judges and tribal court attorneys, who have appeared in tribal court, developed tribal courts and worked outside the court system to advance tribal justice.
    • Use the case study approach to illuminate the varied strategies and campaigns that tribes have employed to retain sovereignty, overcome colonization, and advance justice.
