Growing King Hall LL.M. Program Welcomes Outstanding Class of 2018

UC Davis School of Law’s Master of Laws program welcomed one of its largest classes ever this year as 74 LL.M. students from Canada, China, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kyrgyzstan, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and Uzbekistan joined the King Hall community.

King Hall Mourns Professor Lesley McAllister

Professor Lesley McAllister, a distinguished scholar and educator in the fields of environmental, natural resources, and energy law and an advocate for the rights of the terminally ill, died on August 30 following a long and courageous battle with cancer.

King Hall Open Forum on Charlottesville Draws Media Coverage

UC Davis School of Law hosted an open forum discussion of “Charlottesville: Protest, Counter-Protest, Intolerance, Fear, and Violence” on August 22, drawing a capacity crowd to the Kalmanovitz Appellate Courtroom and coverage from media including the Davis Enterprise.
