U.S. News & World Report Ranking: UC Davis School of Law placed 37th in the latest U.S. News rating of almost 200 American Bar Association-approved law schools. As part of the survey, the school was ranked 24th in the nation based on responses from law school deans and faculty.
Faculty Quality Ranking: The UC Davis Law faculty was also rated 22nd in the most recent comprehensive quality assessment undertaken by Brian Leiter, a University of Chicago law professor. Leiter's periodic "top 50 law faculties in scholarly impact" list rates productivity and influence and often is regarded as the most systematic evaluation of American law school quality.
