Yau '10, Morishita '11, Hoftiezer '10 Compete in NYU Moot Court Competition

Eric Yau '10, Kyle Morishita '11, and David Hoftiezer '10 competed in the 2010 New York University Immigration Law Moot Court Competition on February 19-20 in New York. The UC Davis team went undefeated in three preliminary rounds to advance to the quarterfinals. In their victories in the preliminary rounds, the team beat American University, Harvard University, and the University of Maryland.  UC Davis and the University of Louisville tied in the quarterfinal round, and Louisville prevailed in the tiebreaker.
