President Clinton Speaks at Rally Co-sponsored by Law Students

Former President Bill Clinton spoke at a presidential campaign rally for Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton on the UC Davis campus, Tuesday, January 15, 2008, at the ARC Pavilion. Clinton's visit was co-sponsored by the King Hall Democratic Law Students Council and the Davis College Democrats.

Clinton told Law Student Association President Sarah Asplin '08 that he was overwhelmed by the response of students on our campus. The President extended special thanks to the King Hall Democratic Law Students Council, whose Co-chairs Michelle Singer and Phil Yeager were seated behind the president on stage for his remarks. Asplin coordinated field volunteers for the event and did media outreach as well.
