Nick Vidargas ’08 Featured in Bon Appetit

Nick Vidargas, a law student at UC Davis, was featured in the March 2007 issue of Bon Appétit magazine. The magazine's new feature, "Too Busy To Cook?" highlights people who love to cook but are short on time. Vidargas has enjoyed cooking since he was young and has a repertoire of simple recipes based on fresh, seasonal ingredients. He was recently interviewed by the Sacramento Bee. When asked if being in Bon Appétit raised his status among his friends, he answered, "We are definitely going to have to step up our dinner parties a bit."
