King Hall Teams Excel in Trial Competition

UC Davis School of Law sent two teams to the 2015 Texas Young Lawyers Association National Trial Competition regional held January 30-February 1 in Salem, Oregon.

The first team consisted of Dominique Davis '15, Kelsey Hollander '15, and Emily Jeng '15. The second team was made up of Ashley Bargenquast '15 and Earon Parker '15. They were coached by Crystal Lamb, a Sacramento Public Defender and volunteer mentor. The team of Davis, Hollander, and Jeng advanced to semi-finals, a first for King Hall. They went up against the team that ultimately went on to win the competition and lost by only a small point variation.
