King Hall Mock Trial Team Makes Strong Showing at Capitol City Challenge

UC Davis School of Law students Kendra Havlick '17, Linh Luong '16, Anthony Mendoza '18, and Joan Pradhan '17 travelled to American University Washington College of Law to participate in the Eighth Annual Capitol City Challenge mock trial competition. 

On February 25-28, 24 student teams from law schools around the country took part in the competition.  The King Hall team swept all ballots during the first three preliminary rounds before losing in the quarterfinals.  For the second year in a row, UC Davis School of Law placed among the competition's top eight teams, earning an automatic invitation to next year's event.
