King Hall Legal Foundation presents the 28th Annual Spring Auction
The King Hall Legal Foundation cordially invites you to be a part of the solution and a part of the party at our 28th Annual Spring Auction on March 10, 2006, from 7-10 pm at Freeborn Hall, UC Davis. Come share an evening of food, beverages, and silent and live auction bidding with King Hall students and professors promoting public interest law. Bid on everything from antiques to salon visits to river rafting excursions.
All proceeds of the event are used to fund grants for UC Davis School of Law students working for the public interest. Last year the Foundation successfully funded all 13 students who applied for summer grants. Law students worked for diverse organizations, including: The National Health Law Program, La Raza Centro Legal, Legal Services of Northern California, The National Labor Relations Board, and The Concerned for Working Children in India.
Tickets are $8.00 presale or $10.00 at the door. Pre-sale tickets may be purchased at Freeborn Hall from 10am-5pm, Monday through Friday, beginning February 27th until 5pm on March 10th, or in the Law School basement from 11am-1pm, Monday through Friday, beginning February 27th until March 10th.
