Hroshau '11, Layton '12 Represent UC Davis in NYU Immigration Competition
Under the tutelage of coach Kyle Morishita '11 and with generous coaching help from King Hall professors, local practitioners, and fellow students, Hroshau and Layton spent a month of nearly daily practice rounds preparing for the competition.
At NYU, Hroshau and Layton won one preliminary round and suffered two extremely close losses, unfortunately ending their competition early, but both competitors received very positive feedback from the judges at the competition and were happy with their preparation and performance.
