Final CARR Competition
The final trial of the Frances Newell Carr Competition, an annual intraschool moot court trial tournament, will be held at 7:00 p.m. on November 21 in the Moot Courtroom. The two final teams include Anna Valiente '06, Jannah Manansala '06, Faisel Dittu '07, and Edward Vieira-Ducey '07. The case problem involves felony child endangerment charges and includes expert testimony on Munchausen's Syndrome by Proxy.
The trial will be presided over by Solano County Superior Court Commissioner Alberta Chew. The student-evaluator attorney is alum Jeffrey S. Kravitz '96, a constitutional and civil rights attorney.
