Family Planning and Aids Policies in the International Community

The UC Davis Journal of International Law and Policy (JILP) will present its 2006 symposium on Family Planning and AIDS Policies in the International Community on March 3, 2006. This year's symposium will be a dialogue on the interaction and power imbalance between the developed and developing world as it plays out in family planning and AIDS policies.

Registration is free and open to the public. The event begins at 8:30 a.m. with a continental breakfast. Morning and afternoon panel discussions will focus on (1) gag rules and unsafe abortions; (2) power and money; and (3) developing countries reinforcement of power imbalances.
