Christopher Moores '16 Wins American Veterinary Medical Association Animal Law Writing Contest
Christopher Moores '16 has been awarded first place in the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) Animal Law Writing Contest for his article "The Puppy Prohibition Period: The Constitutionality of Chicago's War on Animal Mills." Contest entries were evaluated by a panel of judges composed of lawyers and law professors who selected winners based on legal analysis and scholarship. Moores was awarded a $2,500 cash prize along with a paid trip to the upcoming AVMA Convention in Boston.
