Carolina Academic Press book includes article by Hoang Pham '21

A paper written by Hoang Pham ’21 has been included in the new book Integrating Doctrine and Diversity – Inclusion and Equity in the Law School Classroom (Carolina Academic Press).

Pham’s article “The Critical Case Brief: A Practical Approach to Integrating Critical  Perspectives in the 1L Curriculum” was the only student contribution to the collection. Boston University School of Law Dean and former UC Davis Law faculty member Angela Onwuachi-Willig wrote the book’s foreword.

Pham wrote the paper for the Law & Society class taught by UC Davis Law visiting Professor Meera Deo, who guided Pham through the process of getting the paper published.
