Betty Duong '10 Selected as NAPALSA Conference Chair
Betty Duong '10 has been selected as conference chair for the National Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (NAPALSA) Board of Directors. Duong will be the primary planner of NAPALSA's 2009 National Conference, which will take place in conjunction with the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association Annual Convention in Boston on November 18-22.
"Undertaking a leadership role for a national organization is a great responsibility and requires a substantial commitment of time, energy, and personal resources," NAPALSA President Ginger Bredermeir wrote in a letter to UC Davis School of Law Senior Assistant Dean for Student Affairs Hollis Kulwin. "I commend Betty for her dedication to the Asian legal community and hope you will join me in offering congratulations and support."
