The Center for Innovation, Law, and Society (CILS) seeks to explore the legal and social implications of innovation, science, and technology. The center builds upon the work of UC Davis School of Law faculty members examining numerous fields at the intersection of law and innovation, including artificial intelligence, bioethics, data privacy, environmental law, health law, intellectual property, and social media.
