UC Davis Law Review Publishes 40th Volume
The UC Davis Law Review published its first issue of Volume 40, unveiling a new cover of white background, blue and gold lettering, and the School of Law logo. The 40th volume is one of many milestones of the UC Davis School of Law, which is celebrating many fortieth anniversaries.
The lead article in the issue is by nationally and internationally renowned Professor Erwin Chemerinsky, a chaired professor at Duke University School of Law. Professor Chemerinsky's article is based on the Edward L. Barrett, Jr. Endowed Lecture on Constitutional Law, delivered at King Hall in February 2006.
The UC Davis Law Review, which publishes five issues annually, ranks in the top 50 most cited legal periodicals in the United States. Besides being available at law libraries around the world, the latest issue is available at the UC Davis Law Review Web site at http://lawreview.law.ucdavis.edu.
