Robert Marcelis '13 Publishes on Arbitration Agreements in Jurist

Robert Marcelis '13 has published "Arbitration Agreements in the Wake of AT&T Mobility v. Conception," an article on the 2011 U.S. Supreme Court case that prohibits contracts from disallowing class action lawsuits, in the March 10, 2012 issue of Jurist.  Marcelis is a staff member with the UC Davis School of Law Business Law Journal.
