Registrar Waterman Elected to NNLSO Board
Nicole Waterman, UC Davis School of Law Registrar, was elected a board member to the National Network of Law School Officers (NNLSO). NNLSO is a nonprofit, professional organization designed for the educational and professional development of all law school officers. Primarily, NNLSO addresses the concerns and issues of registrars and admissions officers. Although NNLSO is the only professional organization for law school registrars, it encourages and welcomes all department officials with the goal to facilitate and promote intra-departmental relations within a law school community.
Waterman has been employed at the UC Davis School of Law since 1975. She’s held many positions at the School, inclucing faculty secretary, clinical program assistant, accounting assistant, event coordinator, and development assistant, before moving to the Registrar’s Office in 1987 as assistant registrar. A year later, the registrar retired and Waterman took over.
