Lindsay Chuang Named Assistant Dean of Admission and Financial Aid

Lindsay Chuang has been named Assistant Dean of Admission and Financial Aid at UC Davis School of Law.

Chuang joined UC Davis in 2022, and had served as Interim Assistant Dean since June. Before that, she was Senior Director of Admission and Associate Director of Admission. In these capacities, she has been instrumental in shaping the past three classes of exceptionally talented first-year students.

During her time at King Hall, Chuang has launched innovative recruitment programs and events, developed strategic enrollment plans, and strengthened collaborations with other UC Davis departments and with undergraduate campuses across the country.

“I am honored to serve UC Davis School of Law in this role,” Chuang said. “The Office of Admission and Financial Aid is a critical access point for the future of our profession, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I look forward to continuing to expand opportunities for outstanding students from all backgrounds to thrive at King Hall.”

Chuang holds a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and B.A. in political science from Boston College. Before arriving at King Hall, Chuang spent five years in admission and recruitment with the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. She practiced corporate law in Chicago before beginning her career in higher education.
