Nayarith Franco Vasquez '26 Receives MALDEF Law School Scholarship

Nayarith Franco Vasquez ’26 has received a prestigious Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund Law School Scholarship. Franco Vasquez is one of 10 law students across the nation awarded $5,000.

A first-generation law student and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals recipient, Franco Vasquez plans on a career in public interest law, advocating for immigrants and other marginalized communities. At King Hall, she has participated in the Immigration Law Clinic and served as co-chair of the Latinx Law Students Association.
