Jenny Ballesteros Magdaleno '23 Receives MALDEF Scholarship

Jenny Ballesteros Magdaleno ’23 has received a prestigious Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund 2021-22 scholarship.

A daughter of Mexican immigrants, Ballesteros Magdaleno plans to become an immigration attorney, has interned for Kids in Need of Defense and the ACLU of Northern California during law school, and is an alum of the King Hall Outreach Program. Ballesteros Magdaleno also is the recipient of King Hall's Martha West Scholarship for Social Justice.
