Christian Science Monitor Quotes Professor Saucedo on ICE Raids' Economic Impact
Professor Leticia Saucedo spoke to the Christian Science Monitor for a June 20 story exploring the potential economic impact of immigrants not going to work because of fears stoked by recent raids on farms, hotels and other workplaces under President Trump's mass deportation campaign.

And now the administration is grappling with the potential economic impact of Trump’s mass deportation goals, which helped re-elect him.
Trump has waffled on targeting certain industries, saying at a June 12 press conference that “changes were coming” to immigration enforcement targeting the ag industry. His administration reportedly then paused raids on farms, hotels and restaurants, before reversing course again.
