Five King Hall Students Win Scholarships at Unity Bar Dinner

King Hall students received five of the six scholarships awarded at the 2010 Unity Bar Dinner held October 28 in Sacramento.  The Unity Bar Association of Sacramento event featured a keynote address from Stanford Law School Professor Pamela S. Karlan, who delivered the inaugural Central Valley Foundation/James B. McClatchy Lecture on the First Amendment at King Hall September 29. 

Student scholarship winners included Cheryl Wei '11 (the Women Lawyers of Sacramento Scholarship), Theo Cuison '11 (the Sacramento Lawyers for the Equality of Gays and Lesbians Scholarship), Jihan Kahssay '12 (the Wiley W. Manuel Bar Association Scholarship), Fatima Alloo '11, (the South Asian Bar Association Scholarship), and Aidin Castillo '11 (the La Raza Lawyers Association Scholarship).
