Family Protection and Legal Assistance Clinic Presents Informational Session for UC Davis Students

Students from the UC Davis School of Law Family Protection and Legal Assistance Clinic participated in a "Let's Talk about Your Rights" session on Tuesday, April 19th. They presented information to UC Davis students about their rights and legal options after experiencing a sexual assault, and they provided an overview of the campus adjudicatory process, the criminal justice system, and civil restraining order process. The event was part of a month-long campaign organized by UC Davis student groups to promote healthy sexuality.
