Family Protection and Legal Assistance Clinic Presentation Featured in Daily Democrat
A presentation on sexting and cyberbullying by students in the UC Davis School of Law Family Protection and Legal Assistance Clinic was the subject of a feature article in the Woodland Daily Democrat on November 13.
The presentation was developed by clinic students last year in response to their realization of a need for training with regard to the problems teens and parents face when inappropriate behaviors take place online, and has been given to more than 800 Yolo County students in grades 7-12 as well as community service organizations. The Daily Democrat article focused on a presentation given at the Esparto Regional Library on November 9 and included comments from Kary Zils '12 and Alex Ayoub '12.
