The writing of a law review article under the editorial supervision of editors of the UC Davis Law Review, and under the active and regular supervision of a faculty member if satisfying the Advanced Writing Requirement. Members must also perform substantial support of production of the UC Davis Law Review (including but not limited to Bluebooking and cite-checking). In the fall semester, credit is obtained only if the student has completed their production assignments and made substantial progress towards completing an editorship article. In the spring semester, credit is obtained only if the student has completed their production assignments and an editorship quality draft. Credit is awarded only after certification by the editor-in-chief and approval of the faculty advisor(s). Two units of credit are earned in the fall semester. One unit is earned in the spring semester.
