Welcome LL.M. Class of 2009

UC Davis School of Law is pleased to welcome the 14 members of the LL.M. class of 2009 to King Hall. Countries represented by the LL.M. candidates include Georgia, Iraq, Kenya, Mexico, Turkey, and China. The group brings a wide variety of backgrounds and interests to King Hall: one LL.M. candidate served as a parliamentary intern, another as the legal advisor to his country's human rights ministry, and many others as attorneys in their native countries.

The 10-month Master of Laws (LL.M.) program enables qualified applicants to study at the UC Davis School of Law on either a full- or part-time basis. The program introduces foreign students to the theories underlying, and the practical realities of, the U.S. legal system and international law.
