Victoria Hassid '10 is respondent in Cedar Point Nursery v. Hassid Supreme Court case
Dean Kevin R. Johnson wrote about the the Supreme Court case Cedar Point Nursery v. Hassid on the the Immigration Prof Blog, noting that the respondent in the case, Victoria Hassid ‘10, is a UC Davis Law alum. Hassid chairs the California Agricultural Labor Relations Board.
Johnson pointed out that King Hall is well-represented on the board; other alums include ALRB General Counsel Julie Montgomery ’96 and board Executive Secretary Santiago Avila-Gomez ‘02.
