UC Davis Law Review Essay Noted by Media
The UC Davis Law Review essay, "'Followed Rates' and Leading State Cases, 1940-2005," which compares the influence of state high courts based on how often their decisions are followed by other jurisdictions, was noted in an article by the Chattanooga Times Free Press. The essay was co-authored by UC Davis School of Law alumnus Jake Dear '83. In March, the article was profiled in an article in the New York Times by the Times' national legal editor.
