UC Davis Law Earns an 'A' for Human Rights Law
PreLaw Magazine gave UC Davis Law an “A” for human rights law in its “Back to School 2023” issue.
Among other factors, the magazine credited the law school’s new Labor and Community Center of the Greater Capital Region at UC Davis Law, which explores human rights issues in employment.
Pepperdine Caruso School of Law Dean Paul L. Caron covered the human rights law grades on his TaxProf Blog, noting that preLaw Magazine grades law schools based on the breadth of their curricular offerings, and that scores are weighted as follows: 30% for a concentration, 24% for a clinic, 12% for a center, 12% for an externship, 9% for a journal, 8% for a student group, 5% for a certificate and added value for additional offerings.
