Two More Victories for Immigration Law Clinic!

The Immigration Law Clinic continues to make a difference in the lives of immigrants. Doug Zee '08, Shay Fluharty '09, and supervising attorney Holly Cooper helped gain legal status for a young immigrant girl in foster care. In another case, Erin Hernandez '08, under the guidance of Cooper, convinced the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) to rule in favor of a Chinese noncitizen in detention.
