Tom Stallard '75 becomes Woodland's mayor for the second time

Tom Stallard ’75 has become mayor of Woodland again. Stallard just began his second term, after serving as mayor in 2014-15.

Reporter Jim Smith wrote about the mayoral transition in a Dec. 16 story in the Woodland Daily Democrat.

Stallard, a former Yolo County supervisor, has served on the Woodland City Council since 2011. Since 2016, the council has rotated a new council member into the mayor’s position each year. In between Stallard’s stints as mayor, another King Hall alumnus, Enrique Fernandez ’16, served as Woodland’s mayor.
