Todd Roberts '87 to Direct Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel

Todd Roberts '87 has been re-elected to the position of Director of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC).  In his second one-year term, he will serve as a member of the FDCC board of directors and work on special projects for the FDCC leadership.  The FDCC is composed of recognized leaders in the legal community who have achieved professional distinction, and whose mission is to promote civil justice, knowledge, fellowship, and to enhance the professionalism of its membership.

Roberts is a partner at Ropers Majeski Kohn & Bentley, P.C.  and has been the resident director of RMKB's Redwood City office since 2000. He chairs the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He has been a member of the FDCC since 1999 and has held several key positions such as section chair of the Insurance Coverage Section and vice chair of the Leadership Institute and the Insurance Extra-Contractual Section. Roberts is a Dean of the Litigation Management College held each year at Emory University in Atlanta and also teaches as part of its faculty.
