Steven Zipperstein '83 writes new book, Law and the Arab-Israeli Conflict

Steven E. Zipperstein ’83 has written a new book, Law and the Arab-Israeli Conflict: The Trials of Palestine. The book focuses on how Arab, Jewish and British interests used the law and the legal process to advance their objectives during the British Mandate for Palestine (1922-1948).

Law and the Arab-Israeli Conflict was published as part of a UCLA Center for Middle East Development (CMED) series. Zipperstein, retired chief counsel for BlackBerry Ltd. and a former federal prosecutor, is a senior fellow at the UCLA center.
