Shea Brack '11 Joins Greenberg Traurig

Shea Brack '11 has joined the Sacramento office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP as an associate in the firm's Labor & Employment Practice. Brack joins from Littler Mendelson, where she counseled employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters. Brack represents and advises employers on traditional labor issues and employment litigation. She regularly counsels employers in a broad range of single-plaintiff and class action litigation as well as agency proceedings involving issues including wage and hour, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. Following graduation from law school, Brack clerked at the Utah Court Supreme Court and, before that, the Utah Court of Appeals.
