SF Daily Journal Quotes Professor Joslin on Same-Sex Marriage

Professor Courtney Joslin was quoted in an article appearing in the San Francisco Daily Journal analyzing the legalization of same-sex marriages and the inalienable right to "privacy." In the weeks since the California Supreme Court's historic decision to strike down the state's ban on same-sex marriage, Professor Joslin—an expert on family law and antidiscrimination law, especially as concerns sexual orientation— has been extensively interviewed and quoted by the media.  Prior to joining UC Davis School of Law, Joslin served as an attorney at the National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR), where she litigated cases on behalf of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people and their families.
