SF Chronicle Quotes Professor Fadem on Alameda County DA

The San Francisco Chronicle editorial board quoted Professor Luke Fadem in its Oct. 24 endorsement of the effort to recall Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price.

The board pointed to a Chronicle story about how Price’s office had missed deadlines to file charges in more than 1,000 misdemeanor cases. Fadem, a former prosecutor for the United Nations, the California Department of Justice, and Napa County, called the office’s inaction on the cases “egregious.”

“I haven’t heard of anything like it in another office,” Fadem said.
