Seth Rafkin '98 Elevated to Partner
Seth A. Rafkin '98 was elevated to partner at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP, effective January 1, 2007. Rafkin is a litigation attorney in the firm's San Diego office. Rafkin's practice focuses on employment matters and business litigation. He represents clients in a variety of sectors, including life sciences and software and other technologies, as well as construction and mortgage lending.
Rafkin handles cases involving a wide array of employment-based claims including, sexual harassment, race and disability discrimination, defamation, workplace violence, and non-compete issues.
