Senior Associate Dean Afsharipour Speaks on Penn Law Panel Organized Around Her Research

On April 26, Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Afra Afsharipour participated in a University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School panel discussion organized around Afsharipour’s research on women and mergers and acquisitions.

The event was sponsored by the Women in Business Law Initiative of the Institute for Law and Economics (ILE) at Penn Law.

Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor Afra Afsharipour’s areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law. Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
