Scott McNutt '82 Comments on Round Table Pizza Turnaround for San Francisco Chronicle
Scott McNutt '82 of McNutt Law Group in San Francisco commented for the San Francisco Chronicle on the remarkable recovery experienced by Round Table Pizza, a company that filed for Chapter 11 protection 10 months ago but now has paid off creditors and announced plans to expand.
"It is unusual, maybe unique, for a company to emerge from Chapter 11 in 10 months, pay all creditors 100 percent and preserve equity," said McNutt, who acted as the company's bankruptcy attorney.
