Sarah Chen Small '23 Writes Article for Georgetown Environmental Law Review

The Georgetown Environmental Law Review published an article by Sarah Chen Small ’23 titled “Toxic Film: Analyzing the Impact of Films Depicting Major Contamination Events on the Regulation of Toxic Chemicals.”  

Professor Karrigan Börk supervised the article’s writing process. Small was a student in Börk’s “Cases and Places” class.
