Rosenthal '75 Managing Partner of Kelley Drye Collier Shannon

After the merge of law firms Kelley Drye & Warren LLP and Collier Shannon Scott, PLLC, Paul C. Rosenthal '75, will serve as managing partner of Kelley Drye Collier Shannon's Washington, D.C. office. Rosenthal practices in its International Trade and Customs Practice Group. With more than 25 years of experience in international trade and government relations, Rosenthal assists a wide variety of companies and industries, including manufacturing, technology, and food and agriculture. He has appeared before all of the U.S. trade agencies and courts of jurisdiction. He also has represented clients in disputes involving the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), as well as multilateral and bilateral negotiations. His government relations practice involves continuing trade and non-trade issues before Congress and the Executive Branch.
