Robert Milligan '01 Makes Partner at Seyfarth Shaw

Robert Milligan '01 has been elected to partnership at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, a full-service firm with offices in several U.S. cities including Sacramento and San Francisco.  Milligan is a partner in the Litigation and Labor & Employment Departments, with a practice that encompasses a wide variety of commercial litigation and employment matters, representing clients in state and federal courts in complex commercial litigation and employment litigation.  His experience includes trials, binding arbitrations and administrative hearings, mediations, and appellate proceedings. He also provides advice to clients concerning a variety of business and employment matters, including non-disclosure, non-competition, and invention assignment agreements, corporate espionage, trade secret and intellectual property audits, landlord/tenant disputes, ADA and OSHA compliance, and an assortment of bankruptcy issues.
