Rebecca Connolly '89 Receives SCCBA Award
The Santa Cruz County Bar Association presented Rebecca Connolly '89 with its Roland K. Hall Award on April 17, honoring her outstanding public service. As a partner at Grunsky, Ebey, Farrar & Howell, Connolly represents clients in a wide variety of matters including high profile First Amendment issues, civil rights, employment, complex business disputes, as well as trust and probate litigation. She is very active in the legal community, serving as president of the Women Lawyers of Santa Cruz County and treasurer for the Santa Cruz County Bar Association, where she is a long-time member of the Professional Relations Committee, whose mandate is to foster the highest ethics and professionalism among attorneys. She is a current candidate for the Santa Cruz County Superior Court bench.
