Professors Soucek and Brownstein, Aoki Center File Briefs in Conversion-Therapy Case

Professor Brian Soucek, along with Professor Emeritus Alan Brownstein and UC Berkeley Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky, filed a brief with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit related to the court’s consideration of a First Amendment challenge to Washington’s prohibition of conversion therapy for minors.
