Professor Sarkar Presents at Critical Tax Conference

Professor Shayak Sarkar presented a draft of his article  “Internal Revenue’s External Borders,” on April 28 at the annual Critical Tax Conference hosted by Loyola Marymount University.

Shayak Sarkar's scholarship addresses the structure and legal regulation of inequality. His substantive interests lie in financial regulation, employment law, immigration, and taxation.
