Professor Anupam Chander, a leading scholar in the law of globalization and digitization, recently provided expertise on Sacramento television stations KCRA and KQCA news reports regarding the nomination of Harriet Miers to replace retiring Justice Sandra Day O'Connor on the Supreme Court.
